Organizational Relationships: Interacts with internal customers and external lenders at various levels, peers, supervisor and management.Job Responsibilities:1. Process on-demand check requests including generic, titles, lien payoffs, dealer trades, vehicle purchases2. Process Electronic Funds Transfers for lien payoffs3. Provide backup for the AP clerk4. Resolve issues through email and phone when there are check request discrepancies5. Work and resolve Check Processing problems from the Support Desk, vendors, stores, problem queues, and SSC team members on a daily basis6. Meet or exceed service level agreements7.
