Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean searches, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and build a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Engagement:
- Engage with candidates to understand their career goals, skills, and experience.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about job opportunities and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, market insights, and sourcing strategies.
Market Research and Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent pools, and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize sourcing efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidate Evaluation:
- Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews or assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit for specific roles.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating the company’s values, culture, and career opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in recruitment or HR.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems [Workday preferred], job boards and social media).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
