Position Overview: As a Talent Sourcer, your primary responsibility is to identify and engage with potential candidates for various positions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for identifying relevant skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean searches, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and build a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Engage with candidates to understand their career goals, skills, and experience.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed about job opportunities and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles.
  • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, market insights, and sourcing strategies.

Market Research and Insights:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent pools, and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize sourcing efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Evaluation:

  • Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews or assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit for specific roles.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating the company’s values, culture, and career opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in recruitment or HR.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems [Workday preferred], job boards and social media).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
