Support all aspects of financial planning & analysis and corporate finance including long-range planning and performance. Support Accounting and Finance team with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and other ad hoc requests. Assist all departments with running their operations and supporting with data by working closely with Business Intelligence.

Assist with advanced financial modeling of integrated balance sheet, cash flow and income statement modeling to drive and support Treasury, strategic scenarios and capital allocation decisions.

Assist with providing support related to Executive updates, planning New Strategic Projects and Initiatives and measuring their success.

Assist with Corporate SG&A budgeting, forecasting, tracking of unplanned expenses, reporting and variance analysis. Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop, review, and ensure all budgets and forecasts are uploaded.

Update and maintain quarterly financial forecasting model.

Work closely with the Business Intelligence departments to improve and refine current reporting for the Corporate FP&A team.

Make recommendations to enhance current reporting, forecasting and planning processes.

Assist with process improvements by partnering with the business to understand information requirements to develop automated processes and improve productivity.

Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years' experience with financial, accounting or business planning. NetSuite and Power BI experience is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with special emphasis on Excel spreadsheet analysis. Ability to work independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels and across all functions in the organization. Ability to multi-task.  Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and presentations. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting. Ability to maintain sensitive data and information confidential.
