The Consumer Proprietary Product Management and Loyalty Programs (CPPM&LP) organization is part of US Consumer Services and responsible for making membership essential through the delivery of relevant, differentiated, world-class products and benefits that drive demand and inspire Card Members to deepen loyalty.

How will you make an impact in this role?

This essential role on the US Cash Back Product Management team will be responsible for driving execution and management support for the U.S. Consumer Cash Back card products and Reward Dollars program, with a focus on its premium product, Blue Cash Preferred (BCP).  The role will focus on core product management functions as well as supporting and executing strategies that increase Card Member acquisition, spend, and engagement, collaborating through analytics and research to develop our mid-term BCP roadmap. Additionally, this role will support the management of our Reward Dollars program, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of core Consumer Card product management functions (i.e., customer complaints and resolutions, CAPs/OREs, servicing, etc.)
  • Support the execution of new/improved features, benefits, and experiences via partnership across Blue Box (i.e., Servicing, Finance, Pricing, New Product Development, Legal, Compliance, Risk)
  • Partner with Analytics and Finance to assess product and feature performance, drive actionable insights to inform optimization, and define execution plans
  • Provide management support for the Reward Dollars program, and gain fluency in our rewards infrastructure
  • Monitor competitive landscape to inform strategy across existing partner benefits and cash back categories

Minimum Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have strong project management and communication skills to lead new initiatives and drive results through influence/collaboration with cross-functional partners

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Outstanding project management skills and strong bias to action
  • Ability to communicate and drive results across multiple teams/functions and at all levels through collaboration, partnership, leadership, and influencing skills
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • A winning attitude – ideal candidate is a positive, team-oriented individual
  • 1-2 years of related experience

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
