How will you make an impact in this role?

The Manager, Reengineering Program Management, is a critical part of our Travel and Lifestyle Services (TLS) User Acceptance Testing Program (UAT) as we enhance our business model through strategy focus and execution, process improvement, governance, and communication.  This includes defining critical metrics and roles and responsibilities, influencing partners, and connecting strategy to TLS initiatives.  Role responsibilities will focus on Continuous Improvement, Reengineering, and Program Management, including the creation of a new Analytics team.

The program manager in this role will be an instrumental thought partner in strategic program planning, support the multi-year UAT reengineering roadmap, drive regular governance processes, and ensure successful implementation of Program deliverables throughout TLS UAT.  In addition, they will create and manage the Business Analytics and Process Improvement team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and lead a newly formed User Acceptance Testing analytics team, including individual and team performance monitoring and support.
  • Manage multi-year project roadmaps and workplans, identifying ideal state and the strategic plan to achieve it, while ensuring progress is made on next steps towards achieving program milestones.
  • Manage key transformational projects, problem-solving and prioritizing throughout, to implement governance structure and ensure delivery on key objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the TLS UAT program and BAU performance through reporting and analyzing progress.
  • Create and execute pipeline of Continuous Improvement and Reengineering opportunities for TLS UAT.
  • Automate metrics reporting and removing manual inputs within the current process.
  • Own governance and maintenance of centralized document repository for key program and BAU materials and resources.
  • Influence others, often without direct authority, persuading with compelling data, facts, and conclusions.
  • Manage 3rd party relationships for contractor staff, including management of timesheets and financials.
  • Create and manage structures on-boarding process for new team resources. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years working in Project/Program management and driving transformation projects in business and technology organizations.
  • 5+ years in a People Leadership role leading critical day-to-day functions including escalations, providing leadership and direction, goal setting and employee development.
  • Experience with driving Continuous Improvement initiatives with proven results.
  • Experience in driving large-scale strategic business Reengineering initiatives and driving culture change in a large organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of independently driving end-to-end results across priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and executing flawlessly

  • A self-starter with an ability to navigate ambiguity, form solutions out of white space, and easily adapt to a constantly evolving environment while continuing to make progress towards goals.
  • Strong relationship and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate, build trust and influence others across diverse audiences and at all levels in an organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including excellent active listening skills. 
  • High intellectual curiosity, ability to solve complex problems, strategic thinking mindset, and innovative thought leadership.
  • Experience in developing high-quality presentations and communication materials for an executive audience.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive results.
  • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities, financial acumen, and business analysis expertise.
  • Ability to translate high-level strategic ideas into structured opportunities, ability to create and drive implementation plan.
  • PMP certification and experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to think strategically, demonstrate flexibility, absorb new information quickly, and adapt to change.
  • Travel industry experience preferred.
  • Six Sigma certification a plus.

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
