The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OU HSC) is one of the nation's few academic health centers with all health-related colleges - Allied Health, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, and the Graduate College.  OU HSC serves approximately 4,000 students in more than 70 undergraduate and graduate degree programs on campuses in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City has an opening for a full-time Patient Navigator.

The successful candidate will assist with the daily functions, patient outreach, and identification of community resources for patients, patient counseling and education for the multi-disciplinary clinic.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Health Education, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or health related field and 12 months experience in a medical or clinical care setting.  Will accept experience in lieu of the degree.

Preferences:  Bilingual - English/Spanish

Certifications:  A license from the State of Oklahoma related to the required health field

Salary:  Targeted salary at $43,800 annually based on experience + excellent benefits
