Asset Management Data Services, Compliance & Operations Technology team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on development and enhancement of Compliance and Risk products. The role involves working in a collaborative agile team.
We are looking for a technical leader with strong engineering focus and passion for building complex distributed systems. The role will also involve growing a strong engineering team that could challenge the status quo and build next generation applications for Asset Management.
This position could be in Merrimack, NH or Westlake, TX.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree (or above) in Computer Science or related technical field and over ten years of professional experience
  • Experience developing applications using a broad stack of technologies (UI, API, data, etc.) such as Angular, Java, Python, SQL
  • Extensive working experience in Rest based Microservices built using frameworks like Spring, Mybatis etc
  • Working knowledge of Event driven systems using Kafka Messaging platform
  • Exposure to test automation frameworks (JUNIT, Cucumber / FITNESS, Karate) that support all types of testing (unit, component, integration, system etc.) executed through CI/CD pipelines
  • Cloud development experience e.g., AWS preferred
  • Working experience in Cloud based infrastructure and Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices
  • Understanding of the Asset Management (specifically Compliance) domain is a plus
  • Experience working in an Agile team
  • Ability to communicate with peers and business partners clearly and effectively
  • Strong contributor with a collaborative work style in building, designing, and reviewing code
  • Proactive working style with ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities at once
  • Out of the box problem solving skills and willingness to learn and experiment new technologies

The Team
You will be part of the Risk Engineering chapter aligned to the Data Services, Compliance & Operations technology domain. This chapter and corresponding squad support the Risk Compliance function in Asset Management to deliver innovative, scalable, industry-leading investment compliance tools.
