This position will work at the direction of the VP, Parts. Direct reports will include Regional Parts Directors, Parts Distribution & Logistics Managers, Hub and Warehouse After-Sales Parts Managers and Outside Sales Representatives. This new function will assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to build and maintain incremental growth of a cohesive profitable Parts Network across all regions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the After-Sales Parts Network, focusing on driving revenue growth and achieving corporate parts sales targets.

  • Liaise with all After-Sales stakeholders to ensure exceptional service levels and foster strong relationships that drive sales performance.

  • Provide leadership and motivation to achieve or exceed corporate parts sales budgets.

  • Train and mentor Regional Parts Directors on AutoNation’s multi-brand After-Sales parts offerings, supporting the continuous development of their sales teams. Assist in setting individual monthly sales goals, managing territories, and onboarding new hires.

  • Organize and optimize the use of After-Sales Parts Distribution and Logistics to support sales objectives, including managing delivery contracts, vehicle purchases, warehousing, forward stocking locations, and suppliers.

  • Partner with the After-Sales Marketing team to develop and execute digital and mailing campaigns that capture customer data, highlight coordinated OE (Original Equipment) offerings, and drive revenue growth.

  • Guide the After-Sales Marketing team on digital advertising strategies to enhance visibility and sales.

  • Oversee all AutoNation national parts contracts with vendors, including logistics and software partners. Authorize and sign contracts related to parts, ensuring compliance with municipal, county, state, federal, and national regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Must meet the company’s requirements for employment.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • Minimum of 5‐7 years of After-Sales parts experience, either in the OEM or Aftermarket parts regional management sector.

  • Strong, proven leadership and communication skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of current and available systems supporting the After-Sales Parts Network.

Physical Requirements:

50-75% travel nationwide, including the Corporate Offices, SSC, and all other markets.
