The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.
The Consumer Banking organization is currently hiring a Senior Analyst who be a member of the team responsible for developing analytics and go-to-market insights across Savings & Checking products. The incumbent will use analytics while partnering across teams to shape banking's strategic initiatives, inform the product roadmap, and provide lights-on data support for the organization. This critical role represents a unique opportunity to make an impact through innovative initiatives in the digital banking space.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Develop and analyze key performance metrics across Consumer Deposit products and portfolio
- Analyze and provide insights on product marketing campaigns and customer segmentations to inform banking roadmap
- Synthesize internal and external data and trends to identify strategic growth opportunities
- Conduct deep dives to understand trends, generate, and present actionable insights
- Assist in supporting key operational projections and priorities
- Incumbent will partner with a cross functional team of Product Heads, Digital team, Marketing, Finance, etc
Minimum Qualifications
- Desire to work on dynamic, innovative, and evolving initiatives in the digital banking space
- Strong programming skills in SAS/SQL
- Experience manipulating and extracting insights from large and complex datasets
- Strong relationship skills, with ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams
- Strategic thought leadership with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with ability to drive results and high energy
- Excellent communication skills with experience in crafting presentations with effective data visualization
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HIVE, Python, Tableau, Splunk
- Masters or other advanced degree
- Experience in consumer/retail/ digital banking.
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
